1. First Article Inspection
Before the formal batch production, the production department must check and confirm the first piece. Then the first qualified sample should be passed to the inspector of the quality control department for re-confirmation. Finally, the workshop can implement batch production after the sample passes the inspection of the inspector. And the first sample should be retained until the whole process is completed.

2. Patrol Inspection
In the process of batch production in the workshop, the corresponding self-inspection personnel of each department should achieve 100% full inspection of each process. In addition, the personnel of the quality control department responsible for patrol inspection should carry out quantitative sampling inspection of the products in each process according to the planned time interval. Meanwhile, it is also necessary to take quality control of the whole production process with each one being detailed.

3. Pre-shipment Inspection

Upon completion of the batch production, the quality control department is required to fully inspect all finished products and record the test results.

*** Disposal of Non-performing Products ***

●Firstly, mark non-performing products and place them separately to avoid confusion and disruption to batch production.

●Clearly highlight the defective phenomenon and the concrete problem of non-performing products in production, seeking to avoid such problems in subsequent production.

●Strictly control the quality of the first piece and products in production to ensure that there are no non-performing products before shipment.
